The shilling has been depreciating since December 19, 2024 when dollar was quoted by Bank of Uganda at 3,633.55 buying and 3,645.55 selling till mid this week when it hit 3,707 selling.
Oceng told Uganda Radio Network in an interview that the donation targets to boost food security and ensure farmers in the region join the viable food export market especially to the neighboring South Sudan.
