Concy Aber, a charcoal dealer at Cereleno market in Gulu town attributes the increase in charcoal prices to the reluctance of farmers in the villages to cut down trees.
The Oyam District Health Officer, Thomas Malinga, says they are currently making referrals to Gulu Regional Referral Hospital and St Mary`s Hospital Lacor in Gulu town.
