The institutions were in March this year hit hard by the heavy rains accompanied by the hail storms that blew off classroom structures and latrine premises, forcing the learners to study under tree shades.
According to statistics obtained from police in Aswa River Region, a total of 366 homicide cases were registered in Acholi Sub –Region in a period of 15 months. Out those cases, 301 were from January to December 2020 while 65 were from January to March this year.
