The land comprising two blocks is located in Rhino Camp Sub County. Moses Dalili the Chief Administrative Officer Madi Okollo district says that the district has secured land titles for the two blocks.

Jimmy Patrick Okema, the North Kyoga Region Spokesperson, who described the incident as barbaric, says that they have since recovered the exhibits, adding that inquiries are ongoing although no suspect has been arrested.
