Joyce Nabukenya, a victim and mother of four, says that although they were given a green light to reconstruct their houses, they lack funds due to the losses suffered when they were evicted.
In an emergency meeting convened at Lopeduru Village in Kotido Municipal Council, the chairpersons said some of the most vulnerable members of their communities are severely starving and can’t even afford one meal a day.
