The beneficiaries are part of a group comprising 30 learners from the district of Nwoya, Pakwach, Buliisa and Masindi who have been awarded scholarships covering two years of advanced-level education. The intervention is aimed at addressing the high dropout rates in the Tilenga Oil Project area.
