Appearing before the court on Tuesday presided over by Justice Jesse Byaruhanga, Zeresire's lawyer, Robert Mugabe announced that his client wanted to withdraw the petition. Mugabe told the court that Zeresire had lost interest in the petition.
Through his lawyer, Joe Adoko, Aliro asked Justice Vincent Emmy Mubago to direct Post Bank Uganda to provide Auma’s bank statement covering the period between July 2020 to February 2021 for inspection to confirm whether she reimbursed all the money she received as RDC.
