The report shows that there were several reports where the government or its agents committed arbitrary or unlawful killings, including due to torture in 2019.
According to the report, the search committee arrived at the candidates after a series of activities that included shortlisting, assessing candidates’ documents, review of Human Resource record, candidates’ profiles and face-to-face interviews as well as public presentations.
