The Mukono Diocesan Secretary, Canon John Ssebudde has faulted Nambooze for dragging the Bishop in her political campaigns. He explains that they started registering first grade when the diocese took over the management of Bishop West primary school. The school registered 20 first grades in the last Primary Leaving Examinations.
However, as voters lined up at the back of their favourite candidates, Patience Lule and Nasif Musoke, Nambooze arrived at the election venue and ordered non-party members to leave the line. The directive triggered a bitter argument between the voters and Nambooze until she accepted all people who were gathered at the station to vote.
A police source who preferred anonymity says that they are on high alert following reports that the Kampala Capital City Authority-KCCA Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago is expected to attend the event.
