In a letter dated September 4 and signed by Mulekwah Russel Jacques Leonard, the Secretary of the Electoral Commission, PFF should reconsider its name and colours because they are similar to those of existing political parties.
“Every person in this country is lamenting about corruption and all of you are tired of lamenting. I take this opportunity to inform you that corruption can be better fought by organizing ourselves better to be productive,” Nakalema said.
Col. Dan Opito Odwe, the chairperson of the Lango Cultural Foundation Electoral Commission released the roadmap during a press briefing on Wednesday. According to the road map, nominations will be held between Friday 13th to Saturday 14th September.
