Nakyobe, also the President of the Uganda Association of Public Administration and Management (UAPAM), remarked, “The 43rd AAPAM Round Table Conference is a pivotal moment for Uganda and Africa as a whole, embodying a united commitment to responsive and resilient public administration frameworks vital for sustainable growth across the continent.”
The Secretary for Finance Romeo Augustine said the money will be used to grade community roads near Katikolo, compaction of garbage at the site, and establish a chain link fence to the dump site.
