Police in Serere has opened a general inquiry file to investigate circumstances under which a suspect was found dead in Police custody. Paul Opolot (18) died on Sunday at 3.00 pm in Kyere Police post in Serere district where he was detained.
Buliisa Resident District Commissioner-RDC Florence Beyunga says the ban followed a realization that those staging discos compromised security. Beyunga who doubles as the chairperson district security committee says the disco operators in the district often lack security gadgets to check persons that enter disco halls.
