The CID Spokesperson, Charles Twine confirmed that the three officials whose names he didn’t disclose were indeed interrogated a day ago following an official complaint lodged by the DFCU top management.
Eric Sunday Nyamutale alias Aganaga, a resident of Kasanga in Bwera Sub county is accused of causing the death of Blasio Mbusa a resident of the same area.
High Court sitting at Rukoki in Kasese Municipality on Thursday heard that Nyamutale who was a bodaboda rider at Kasanga bodaboda stage fought with Mbusa over a passenger on September 13, 2017. Nyamutale fought with the deceased twice before they were separated by a one Harriet Masika.
