Phoebe Namulindwa, the Luweero Resident District Commissioner says that a joint enforcement committee comprising off slaughter officers, Police and local leaders has been formed to ensure compliance with the guidelines ahead of the Christmas season.
Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga, says the suspect was picked up from his hide out in Bukwiri village in Butemba town council in Kyankwanzi District on Tuesday. According to Enanga, the suspect has confessed to the murder of Shurat Mutesi 4, Nusura Nayebare, 7 and Asina Natukunda, 10.
