Julius Ceaser Tusingwire, the Bukedi Region Police Commander-RPC says that the officers have been transferred as investigations into their actions continue. He, however, declined to reveal details of their transfer.
Mabeli reportedly went to bath in a pond after bricklaying but did not return to his home as expected.
