The trucks, containing immature fish criminally harvested in Uganda and illegally repackaged in Kenya and destined for the Democratic Republic of Congo were impounded at Mpondwe border in Kasese on October 10 and were on Wednesday driven to the Fisheries Directorate head office in Entebbe pending further investigations.
Police first made the teenager’s arrest on Wednesday night, after he was found walking in Binyonyi Zone, Luwero Town Council, by night patrol officers.
His movement during the night time curfew, in addition to the bag he was carrying triggered suspicion by officers on duty after they stopped and interrogated him.
It's not the first time that this woman has done this to her children according to neighbours, and a similar offense was witnessed when she broke the leg of her elder boy identified as Joseph Losike who is now about 8 years old.

The UK indicated that terrorists are planning an indiscriminate attack on among others places frequented by foreigners.
According to Paison Byomuhangi, Kasiro village LC1 Chairman, Ahereza joined Tugumisirize in a group of others at Keti Ninsiima’s bar and started drinking alcohol. However, the two developed a misunderstanding and started fighting.
In the process, Ahereza pushed Tugumisirize down hard and she died instantly.
Byomuhangi says that when Tugumisirize died, Ahereza took off, but other revelers chased him. He was caught and beaten to death in revenge.
“Police have not helped us," are defence secretary Muhammed Konde said. "They do not patrol these areas in the night. We have people who keep walking in this place throughout the night and we cannot stop them. We are armed only with sticks and we don’t know what they are carrying in the night. We are overwhelmed as leaders. Locals wake up early going for work and they are often attacked. We need security."
