Anita Muhindo 17 from Kasese says that society has portrayed young girls as weak. She says that this is the time teenage girls should make their voices heard.
The call by the police follows last week’s bomb explosions that left two people killed. On October 23, a bomb exploded at a pork joint in Komamboga killing one person and two days later there was an explosion inside Swift Bus in Mpigi along the Kampala-Masaka Highway.
The prosecution told the court that Alia who hails from Ombaci village in Koboko assaulted and injured his sister and also destroyed trees belonging to Patrick Efitre his for allegedly grabbing his land.
