The 19-year old victim who is a S.4 student says that her father started violently forcing her into sex in April 2020 while threatening and even beating her if she tried to refuse.
On Thursday, Joy Apolot, the State Attorney told the court that the state needs more time to carry out investigations into the case. She requested an adjournment until investigations are completed.
