Available information obtained by Uganda Radio Network (URN) indicates that, on October 10th, 2024 while in Lira city, unknown two people hired a Fuso lorry from Opon to come to Rwenkunye village in Masindi port sub county in Kiryandongo district, claiming they had goats in the area that they needed to transport to Oyam.
