Asio’s body was discovered in a septic tank on September 9, 2021 at her matrimonial home in Muyenga, Kampala. She went missing on January 6, 2021 and the search for her whereabouts continued by the police and relatives until September.

Grace Arago, a resident of Ararak village in Alwa Sub County, Kaberamaido district surrendered herself to the Police in Alwa Police Station on Sunday after realizing that her husband, Robert Epuku, 49 had breathed his last.

Stanley Eroku, the Spokesperson Statehouse Anti- Corruption Unit, says the CAO fled arrest when the unit interrogated officers from Lango sub region last year.
