Weyeye was grazing cattle with five other children on Wednesday evening when an unidentified man showed up with a machete and chopped off his head before vanishing from the scene. One of the boys, who witnessed the incident, says that the assailants targeted Weyeye because he was grazing cattle ahead of them.
Lawrence Bogere, a parent from Nakabango village, says he paid Kabangala Shillings 280,000 to register his four children. He wants the Education and Sports Ministry to intervene in the matter.
