The victim, who was reportedly taken to the shrine by her suspected defiler Ivan Magunda on Sunday night, suffered excessive bleeding and tear’s which required urgent medical attention.
The facility, whose construction commenced in July 2016 by Ambitious Construction Company Limited at a price of18.3 billion shillings, now requires a similar amount to procure furniture as well as facilities for staff to manage and run the prison.
Police swung into action after receiving Intelligence information from the Crime Intelligence department that there were people printing t-shirts, caps and posters containing inciting messages.
