Onyango has identified the deceased man as Charles Tusiime while the two people who survived with serious injuries include Salma Kemigisha, 19, a resident of Namuli zone, Bukoto Parish and Muhammad Bbaale, a resident of Nsangi, Wakiso District.
Records at Criminal Investigation Directorate –CID released by police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, show 32 children have been killed or died as a result of arson or parents, caretakers’ negligence.
