Alex Adei, a counter-terrorism policeman has reportedly confessed that he intentionally killed Constable Seezi Tusiime before he turned the trigger to his wife Barbra Apia Kongai. Adei went on shooting rampage on Sunday night at Naguru police barracks over infidelity matters which left his wife Kongai and Constable Tusiime dead.
