One person was wounded severely as bullets ripped through her legs leaving her bleeding profusely. The injured, identified as Gloria Ayolo, 24, was rushed to Kotido Health Centre IV in critical condition and later referred to Matany Hospital for proper management.
Martin Sebagala was arrested on Sunday by police following the death of two casual workers; Lonya Igira Kiyonga, 26 and his unidentified colleague who died on Saturday at a construction site in Senior Quarters in Kotido Municipal Council. Kiyonga, one of the deceased has been identified as a resident of Nagolopooi in West Division in Kotido Municipality.

World Food Program supplies maize grain to schools in Karamoja in order to ensure that children have midday meals and can concentrate in class. By close of last term, there was a balance of 400 kilograms of grain in the school stores, according to the school records.
