The dead are Opeda Byamukama,44, a teacher at Bukiinda Secondary School and one of the directors of Wisdom Secondary School Rwentobo, his wife, Peninah Nabimanya,40, Predice Nyakato 10, and Magiiga Ones Kiiza, 3, all residents of Rwanyamutare cell Muhanga town council in Rukiga district.
