Lawrence Mukiibi, the Coordinator of the Youth Program at Kamwokya Christian Caring Center, says that they expect to complete the works in February next year.
Isaac Byabashaija, a gatekeeper at Horizon Campus, recalls the first day Professor Mukiibi drove to the school gate and he subjected him to security checks like he would to any other visitor to the school.
