The Kaabong District Police Commander, Godfrey Acirya, says the duo has been charged with burglary and theft. He says they will be produced in court once investigations are complete.
Police has identified the minors as seven-year-old Emmanuel Lokiru and John Bosco Elyano who is aged three. The two who were under the care of the diocese hail from Kamour Village in Panyangara Sub County, Kotido district.
