The Commission of Inquiry into Land Matters cant trace one Zeyidi Ssemuwemba believed to be the prime suspect in the grabbing of the 13-acre Bukasa cemetery land. While the Commission has traced documents from the Lands Registry indicating that the land was registered in the names of Zayidi Ssemuwemba, it has failed to trace the physical person believed to have sold the land at 500 million shillings between 2008 and 2010.
