Arinaitwe on Thursday afternoon appeared before Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrates Court presided over by the Chief Magistrate Ronald Kayizzi who read to him one charge which he has denied.
He reportedly hoodwinked the school girl into meeting him in undisclosed location in Nakawa, a Kampala suburb where he raped her. Preliminary investigations show that Arinaitwe met the victim at CID headquarters in Kibuli, a week ago and took her contacts.
