Prosecution led by Kabale State Attorney, Gloria Inzikuru, told court that on July 29th 2012, while at Kabahangaara cell in Karubanda ward in Southern division of Kabale municipality, Twinomuhangi murdered Asasira in contravention of section 188/189 of the penal code act.
