Eng Otim revealed that the developer doesn’t have a contractor on the 32 hectares of land located in Lubowa, Wakiso district, adding that they are in the process of procuring another contractor to implement the work.
It is reported that councilors resolved to construct a moderate administrative block worth 347 Million Shillings and on release of the funds, construction works were sanctioned, but construction works have never exceeded window level for some unidentified reasons.
KWIK Build Contractors and Engineering LTD who haven't been quick at their work were contracted by government in 2019 to construct the seed school and works were supposed to have been completed in December 2020 but to date, the seed school has never been completed.
