Christine Mandella, the Kabale District Health Officer, says they are on high alert to respond to any suspected cases of any hemorrhagic fever including Ebola.
According to an eye witness, unidentified gunmen shot the couple at around 8:40pm while walking to their home in Mwanjari trading center shortly after closing their Soda Depot in Kabale Central Market.
