Legislators sitting on parliaments committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises COSASE have called for a value-for-money audit of the e-city system employed by Kampala Capital City Authority KCCA.
The body contends that the taxes present additional funding requirements to companies involved in these sectors. It adds that these taxes are a deterrent for long-term and capital intensive projects.
