Each State is required to pay annual subscription fees of USD 485,000. The funds facilitate studies that guide countries on how best to preserve the different Lake Victoria species from extinction. The member states include Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Burundi.
“My office closely worked with police and after receiving concrete evidence that Ssekimuli had mismanaged the registration fees to the tune of Shillings 7.6million we tasked him to refund it.
