Dr Monica B Chibita, one of Uganda's media scholars is now a full professor. On Friday, she delivered her professorial inaugural lecture at a fully packed Nkoyoyo hall at Uganda Christian University where she is the head of the Journalism and Communication Department.
Lillian Nalwanga, one of the students pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Public Administration at Kampala University, says she was suddenly instructed to shift to the main campus in Kampala if he wishes to continue with her studies.
