Dr Kalule in Joint Anti-Terrorism Task Force Custody murder 1 1 Top story

Initially, the police and Uganda Peoples Defence Forces denied knowledge of his arrest. But a source within the security circles has told URN that Kalule was arrested on fresh information presented to security commanders by the Intelligence wings of Police and the Army last week.
