The District Executive Members are accused of collecting money from applicants applying for various jobs in the district promising to help them secure jobs in vain.
Early this week, the Attorney General William Byaruhanga told parliament that the eviction order issued by Nabweru Chief Magistrate Rebecca Ester Nansambu was erroneous because the magistrate lacked jurisdiction to handle the matter and did not ensure the service of court process against the residents who were affected by the court order.
