The Officers are being equipped with skills in observance of human rights of children, women, journalists and other special groups during peace support operations both within and outside the country.
Brig. Innocent Oula said that the UPDF needs a training of trainers course in civil-military operations and disaster management which will boost the forces capability to extend the same to its troops handling peace support operations.
