The Tribunal on Friday chaired by Dr Henry Onoria also directed the University to pay Ntwatwa all his salary arrears from November 2020 when he was illegally suspended to the date when he will be reinstated. According to the decision, each party will bear its costs.
During cross-examination in an appeal case, before George Omunyokol, the professors maintained that Namusoke, altered marks for students in the Results Management System –RMS of the University.
