Besigye, while briefing journalists on his recent visit to the United States of America and United Kingdom, says he met with Ugandans in London, who poured their frustrations on the systems of governance, where investors have to have links with powerful people in government for them to be given a green light to invest.
Besigye told journalists at his home in Kasangati that he was mobbed by security disguised as Civil Aviation Authority personnel as he inclined off the plane and whisked away towards the Old Airport.
