The prosecution alleges that on September 2, 2024, at Parliamentary Avenue, Kobusingye, Kyenzibo, and Apoloje, along with others still at large, staged a protest in the middle of the road while partially undressed and with messages written on their bodies.
On Monday afternoon, Lujja appeared before the court, presided over by Principal Grade One Magistrate Adams Byarugaba. He was charged with the murder of Bbosa.

The facility which was built to hold inmates on longer sentences has been empty at the moment and is now seen as a perfect place of isolation.
