Speaking to scribes at the Uganda Media Centre today, Richard, Karemire, the spokesperson of the UPDF and the ministry of Defense said, even as the country is focusing on the danger that coronavirus is both in Uganda and elsewhere the army is deployed, they have not lost focus of their other traditional roles.
