A priest accused of sodomising 16 primary school pupils remains in custody, nine days after he was arrested. Julius Ssemaganda, the Church of Uganda priest attached to Buzza Church of Uganda, was arrested last week.
Mubiru appeared before Buganda Road Court and denied the charges of having carnal knowledge against the order of nature. He is accused of sodomising one Emmanuel Nyanzi in Mengo, Rubaga Division in Kampala in December 2009.
