Tusubira is been remanded to Luzira Prison until August 19th 2024 for the Prosecution, represented by his colleagues in the DPP's chambers, to respond to his bail application.
The Prosecution's Nicholas Kawoya has informed Court that he is not the Prosecutor in personal conduct of this case and therefore asked the Court for an adjournment to enable the prosecutor update the court on the status of investigations.
