Ateker clarified that the said chairpersons are illegally collecting between Shillings 10,000 to 20,000 from each project beneficiary, which goes against the project guidelines.
Felix Omara, the Operation Manager of Countryside Harvester, says that each of the 17 Districts in West Nile, Acholi and Lango sub region has been allocated Shillings 300 million for implementing the project.
