On April 22, 2019, police recovered the body of Catherine Agaba, a medical doctor attached to International Hospital Kampala –IHK. 23-year-old Ronald Obangakene, a security guard, who was picked up from his Apac home district, claimed responsibility.
Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga, says the duo has been very helpful in the investigations into the gruesome murder of Boda-boda riders. According police, Lusiba and Sserwadda provided information that led to the arrest 21 suspects in connection to Boda boda killings.
The suspects are Aloysius Tamale alias Patrick Sekyewa alias Young Mulo (not the musician), John Bosco Mugisha aka Mukiga, Umar Ssenyonga, Bob Mubale aka Musoga Ben and Majidu Bandiho alias John Bosco Kagame.

The Kampala Metropolitan Spokesperson, Patrick Onyango identifies the suspect as John Bosco Mugisha alia Mukiga. In a statement issued this afternoon, Onyango explains that Mukiga was picked up from his hideout in Nsiike I, Ndeeba, Rubaga Division, in Kampala last night following a tip off.
