Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga has identified one of the deceased’s assailants as Enock Sserunkuuma, a resident of Lungujja and the other is Noah Luggya, who is undergoing treatment at Mulago National Referral Hospital. Both Sserunkuuma and Luggya are from the Ndiga clan.
