Tuko has transformed his farmland in Lobulio village, Iriiri Sub County, Napak district, into a thriving agricultural model amidst the region’s harsh climatic conditions.
According to the seasonal rainfall outlook for June to August 2019 issued by Uganda National Meteorological Authority for Northern and Southern Parts of Central Uganda the rains were supposed to persist till June and dry season set in July. Thereafter the isolated rains were expected to prevail until end of the season.
