Alupo is a retired Major of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF). The Opposition made mistakes by being violent, by intimidating, attacking people because they are putting on yellow,” said Museveni.
Museveni who has just started the sixth term as the President of Uganda is expected to appoint his new Cabinet soon, for vetting by the Appointments Committee. Before the January 2021 general election, Museveni’s cabinet had a total of 79 Ministers, out of which 29 where Ministers while 50 were State Ministers.
